The Essential Care Plan

- One scheduled property visit per month.
- Professional secure key holding.
- Full monthly walkthrough (checking for leaks, damp, pests, or security breaches).
- Flushing all toilets and running taps to prevent dry seals and sewer odours.
- Geyser status check (ensuring it is off when vacant).
- Prepaid electricity meter monitoring and top-up notifications.
- Brief status email report with photos sent to the owner.

The Standard Care Plan

- 2 scheduled visits per month (every 2 weeks).
- All Essential Care Plan services.
- Clearing out post box and removing free newspapers/flyers left at gate (major security giveaway).
- Opening windows for 30 minutes during visit to air out coastal dampness.
- Checking property perimeter and automated gates. ​
The Premium Care Plan

- 4 scheduled visits per month (one per week).
- All Standard Care Plan services.
- Watering indoor and patio plants.Â
- Supervising external contractors for up to 30 minutes during weekly check (if required).

Basic Grocery & Fridge
Stocking

(excluding cost of groceries)
Receiving your grocery and essential goods deliveries, then unpacking and placing items in the fridge, freezer or pantry as agreed, so your home is ready for your arrival.
Contractor Waiting Fee
R350 (includes first hour on-site)
On-site presence to grant access, wait for, and supervise contractors, deliveries or service providers when you can’t be there yourself.

Guest Check-In and Key Handover
R350 per handover / R59 per handover (key collection & return only)
In-person key handovers at your property for guests, family or service providers (R350 per handover) to ensure smooth arrivals and departures. For regular or well‑known guests and contractors, our lower‑cost option covers both collection and return of keys from Goodwatch as your key holder for a single fee of R59 per handover, with a proper key register kept for safe, accountable key holding.
Emergency Call Outs
R350 (includes first hour on-site)
On-the-ground support for unexpected issues. We provide rapid physical checks after severe coastal storms, extended power outages, problematic septic tanks, security breaches, and for the resetting of essential systems.
Arrival and Departure
Checks
R400 per visit, or R700 when booked for both arrival and departure
Thorough pre‑stay and post‑stay home checks. We air out the property, adjust curtains, blinds and lights as agreed, check for any belongings forgotten by guests, and ensure the home is welcoming on arrival and properly secured after departure.
Delivery & Parcel Acceptance
R350 per delivery
Meeting couriers or suppliers on-site to receive and sign for parcels, deliveries or goods on your behalf, and placing them safely inside the property or in a designated storage area.
